CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
Special Meeting
A. CALL TO ORDER
A special meeting of the Rancho Cucamonga City Council was held on Thursday, January 16, 2003 in the
Training Room of the Civic Center, located at 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California.
The meeting was called to order at 9:45 by Mayor William J. Alexander.
Present were Councilmembers: Rex Gutierrez, Robert J. Howdyshell, Donald J. Kurth, M.D., Diane
Williams and Mayor William J. Alexander.
Staff present were: Jack Lam, City Manager and Pamela Easter, Deputy City Manager.
B COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC
No communication was made from the public.
C ITEM OF BUSINESS
C1. ANNUAL TEAM BUILDING/GOALS MAINTENANCE WORKSHOP
The City Council met for the annual team building/goals maintenance workshop. (A copy is on file in the
City Clerk's office.)
The meeting recessed at 11:30 a.m. and reconvened at 2:00 p.m.
D. ADJOURNMENT
The workshop adjourned at 4:50 p.m. and would be continued to a future date to complete the workshop.
