Correspondence •This item was advertised as a public hearing with a regular legal advertisement in the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin newspaper on June 11 , 2024; • The property was posted on June 12, 2024, and notices were mailed to 69 property owners within a 660-foot radius of the project site on June 12, 2024; • No comments have been received in response to these notifications. Staff recommends the Planning Commission take the following action: •Approve Hillside Design Review DRC2023-00119 through the adoption of the attached Resolution of Approval with Conditions.
