A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 83-16 FOR THE
EXPANSION OF AN EXISTING ANIMAL HOSPITAL LOCATED AT 8681
19TH STREET IN THE C-1 ZONE
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of August, 1983, a complete application was
filed by Dr. Richard Hauser for review of the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of September, 1983, the Rancho Cucamonga
Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the above-described
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission resolved as
follows:
SECTION 1: That the following findings can be met:
1. That the proposed use is in accord with the General
Plan, and the purposes of the zone in which the use
is proposed; and
2. That the proposed use, together with the conditions
applicable thereto, will not be detrimental to the
public health, safety, or welfare, or materially
injurious to properties or improvements in the
vicinity; and
3. That the proposed use will comply with each of the
applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
~ SECTION 2: That this project will not create adverse impacts on the
environment and that a Negative Declaration is issued on September 14, 1983.
SECTION 3: That Conditional Use Permit No. 83-16 is approved
subject to the following conditions:
PLANNING DIVISION
1. All of the original conditions of approval, as
listed in Resolution 79-44, shall apply.
2. Approval of this request shall not waive compliance
with all sections of the Zoning Ordinance and all
other applicable city ordinances in effect at the
time a Certificate of Occupancy is granted.
3. Condition 4 of Resolution 79-44 is amended to
read: "limited boarding of animals is permitted".
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 14TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1983.

I, JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 14th day of September, 1983, by the following vote-to-wit:
