FD 98-005A A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING THOSE AUTHORITY AND POLICY LIMITS PERTAINING TO THE PURCHASING PROCEDURES OF CHAPTER 3.08 OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA MUNICIPAL CODE A. RECITALS. (i) On the 15th day of April, 1998, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District adopted Ordinance No, 328C, thereby adopting a Purchasing system. (ii) Pursuant to Section 3.08.020 of said Purchasing Ordinance, the Board of Directors is authorized to adopt by resolution, the purchasing policy limits which define the use of appropriate purchasing procedures as set forth in Sections 3.08.080 through 3.08.110 of the Purchasing Ordinance. (iii) All legal prerequisites prior to the adoption of this Resolution have occurred. B. RESOLUTION. NOW, THEREFORE, it is found, determined and resolved by the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District as follows: 1. For the purpose of establishing Purchasing Policy Limits for the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District Purchasing Ordinance, this Board does hereby adopt those monetary limits attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by this reference. 2. The purchasing policy limits set forth herein shall not take effect until immediately. 3. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of the Resolution.
