Prior to the adoptic~ of this Ordinance, this (buncil b~ adopted General Plan ~ No. 93-02A and Industrial Specific Plan A~mmldment 93-03. 4. ~ Council hereby finds that the Plan has been drafted to include, in text and acccepanying diagrams, all of the infcrmatic~ as follows: a. The d~-~trihfcic~, location, and extent of the lard uses, including open space, within the area covered by the Plan; and b.
