MINUTES OF THE FEBRUARY 14, 2007, REGULAR MEETING
A. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Rancho Cucamonga Community Foundation scheduled for
Wednesday, February 14, 2007, in the Rancho Cucamonga Civic Center, located at 10500
Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California, was not held due to lack of a quorum
and in light of a special meeting to be called for Wednesday, February 21, 2007.
B. ADJOURNMENT
Due to lack of a quorum, the meeting was adjourned.
