HomeMy WebLinkAbout83-82 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 83-82 n A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF ZONING ORDINANCE AMENTMENT NO. 83-04, RESIDENTIAL PARKING STANDARDS WHEREAS, on the 25th day of May, 1983, the Planning Commission directed staff to prepare an amendment to the residential parking standards; and WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of June, 1983, the Planning Commission held a duly advertised public hearing. SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: 1. That the amendment is warranted in order to provide standards which can be applied to the various housing types that are being constructed; and 2. That the proposed amendment would not have significant impact on the environment; and 3. That. the proposed amendment is consistent with the policies of the General Plan. SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has found that this amendment will not create a significant adverse impact on the environment and recommends issuance of a Negative Declaration on June 22, 1983. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 1. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council approve and adopt Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 83-04. 2. That a Certified Copy of this Resolution and related material hereby adopted by the Planning Commission shall be forwarded to the City Council . APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 22ND DAY OF JUNE, 1983.
