A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF ZONING ORDINANCE AMENTMENT NO.
83-04, RESIDENTIAL PARKING STANDARDS
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of May, 1983, the Planning Commission
directed staff to prepare an amendment to the residential parking standards;
and
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of June, 1983, the Planning Commission held
a duly advertised public hearing.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the
following findings:
1. That the amendment is warranted in order to provide
standards which can be applied to the various
housing types that are being constructed; and
2. That the proposed amendment would not have
significant impact on the environment; and
3. That. the proposed amendment is consistent with the
policies of the General Plan.
SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has found that
this amendment will not create a significant adverse impact on the environment
and recommends issuance of a Negative Declaration on June 22, 1983.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the
City Council approve and adopt Zoning Ordinance
Amendment No. 83-04.
2. That a Certified Copy of this Resolution and related
material hereby adopted by the Planning Commission
shall be forwarded to the City Council .

I, JACK LAM, Secretary of the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced, passed, and adopted by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission held
on the 22nd day of June, 1983, by the following vote-to-wit:
