HomeMy WebLinkAbout83-93 - Resolutions RESOLUTION NO. 83-93 • A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA PLANNING COMMISSION, APPROVING THE EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE TRACT 11932 LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF FINCH AVENUE, WEST OF HAVEN AVENUE WHEREAS, a request has been filed for a time extension for the above-described project, pursuant to Section 1.401.11.2 of Ordinance 28-B, the Subdivision Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the above-described Tentative Tract Map. SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission has made the following findings: A. That prevailing economic conditions have caused a distressed market climate for residential project. B. That current economic, marketing, and inventory conditions make it unreasonable to record the Tract at this time. C. That strict enforcement of the conditions of approval • regarding expirations would not be consistent with the intent of the Zoning Ordinance. D. That the granting of said time extension will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. SECTION 2: The Rancho Cucamonga Planning Commission hereby grants a time extension for: TRACT APPLICANT EXPIRATION DATE 11932 EJL October 28, 1984 APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 27TH DAY OF JULY, 1983.
