A RESOLUTION OF THE FIRE BOARD OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
CAPITAL MAINTENANCE REPAIR PROJECTS AT THE JERSEY
FIRE STATION (174), BANYAN FIRE STATION (175) AND THE
FIRE MAINTENANCE FACILITY CONTRACT NO. 14-186 AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the Capital Maintenance Repair Projects at the Jersey Fire Station (174),
Banyan Fire Station (175) and the Fire Maintenance Facility Contract No. 14-186, has been
completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Fire Board of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby resolves
that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of
Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
