A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM
BURT CHISUM AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
adopted Ordinance No. 58 on February 21, 1979, to establish requirements
for construction of public right-of-way improvements in conjunction with
building construction; and
WHEREAS, installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk and pavement
established as prerequisite to issuance of building permit for 8218
Ninth Street has been met by entry into a Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement by Burr Chisum, a copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the
City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of September, 1982.
