AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFOP~IA,
AMENDING THE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT MAP FROM MEDIUM '%f" (8-14
DU/AC) TO LO~ MEDIUM ']LM" (4-8 IE/AC) FOR 5 ACRES, TO
OFFICE/PROFESSIONAL ~OP" FOR 6.2 ACRES, OFFICE/PROFESSIONAL
"OP" FOR I .55 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST COR/~ER
OF HIGHLAND AV~I~UE AND RAVEN AVENUE - ~ 201-262-28, 30,
31, 36, 37, 40, 41, 43, AND 201-263-01 THROUGH 25
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamougn, California, does
ordain as follows:
SECTION I: The City Council hereby finds and determines the
fol lowing:
A. This City Council has held a public hearing in the
time and manner prescribed by law and duly heard and
considered said recommendation.
B. That Develol~nent District Amenchnent No. ~6-08 is
consistent with the General Plan of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga.
C. This Development District Amenchnent No. 86-08 will
have no significant enviromnental impact as provided
in the Negative Declaration filed herein.
SECTION 2: The following described real property is hereby
reclassified in the manner stated, and the Development District Nap is hereby
a~ended accordingly.
A. Assessor's Parcel Numbers 201-262-23, 31, 41, 43,
portion of 30, and 201-263-01 through 25 approximately
5 acres in size shall be changed from Medium Density
'~!" (8-14 du/ac) Residential to Low Medium Residential
'tM" (4-8 du/ac).
B. Assessor's Parcel Numbers 201-262-36 and 37,
approximately 1.55 acres in size shall be changed from
Medium Density '~" (8-14 du/ac) Residential to
Office/Professional '~)P".
C. The portions of Assessor's Parcel Numbers 201-262-30,
31, and 40 south of the future re=alignment of
Highland Avenue and north of the future freeway
right-of-way, approximately 6.2 acres in size shall be
changed from Medium Density '~t" (~=14 du/ac) to
Office/Professional '~)P".
SECTION 3: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk
shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage
at least once in The Daily Repor~, a newspaper of general circulation published
in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated in the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1987.
