ORDINANCE NO. 305
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, REZONING A PORTION OF ASSESSOR'S
PARCEL NUMBER 207-101-43 LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
FOOTHILL BOULEVARD ARD SAN DIEGO AVENUE AND BORDERED BY ON
THE NORTHI~EST BY THE CUCAHONGA CREEK STOIL~ CHANN~. FROM
FLOOD CONtrOL (FC) TO GERERAL COMHERCIAL (GC)
l~e City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, does
ordain as follows:
SECTION i: The City Council hereby finds and determines the
following:
A. That the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, following a public hearing held in the time
and manner prescribed by law, recommend the rezoning
of the property hereinafter described, and this City
Council has held a public hearing in the time and
manner prescribed by law and duly heard and considered
said recounnendation.
B. That this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan
of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
C. That this rezoning is consistent with the objectives
of the Development Code of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga.
D. This rezoning will have significant enviror~ental
impact as provided in the Negative Declaration filed
herein.
SECTION 2: The following described real property is hereby rezoned
in the manner stated, and the Development District Map is hereby amended
accordingly.
A portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 207-101~43 located on
the northwest corner of Foothill Boulevard and San Diego
Avenue and bordered by on the northwest by the Cucamonga
Creek Storm Channel from Flood Control (FC) to General
Commercial (GC).
SECTION 3: The Nayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk
shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage
at least once in The Daily Report, a newspaper of general circulation published
in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated in the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California.
