The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, does
ordain &S follows:
SECTIOB 1: The City Council hereby finds and determines the
following:
A. That the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonla, follo~in$ a public heario~ held In the time
and manner prescribed by la~, recommends the rezoning
of the property hereinafter described, and this City
Council has held a public hearing in the time and
manner prescribed by la~ and duly heard and considered
said recommendation.
B.That this rezonin$ is consistent with the General Plan
of the City of ~ancho Cucamonga.
C. This rezonin$ will have no significant environmental
impact as pt~ovided in the Negative Declaration filed
herein.
SECTIOB 9: The follo~ln$ described real property is hereby rezoned
in the manner stated, and the zoniag map is hereby amended accordingly.
The southern half of Assessor's Parcel Number 902-1091-21,
approximately 3.67 acres In size and located on the
northwest corner of 19th Street and Archibald Avenue, is
hereby changed from OP (Office Professional) co LM (Low
Medium Residential 4-8 du/ac).
SKCTIC~ 3: The Mayor shall sign this ~dinance and the City Clerk
shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage
at least once in The Daily Renort, a newspaper of general circulation published
in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated in the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California.
