AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 5, CHAPTER 5.12
OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA MUNICIPAL CODE TO MODIFY
REGULATIONS CONCERNING ENTERTAINMENT PERMITS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 5.12.115 is added to Chapter 5.12 to read as
follows:
5.12.115 - Annual Renewal. The applicant for every renewal of an
entertainment permit shall submit to the City Manager, or his designee, a
written statement setting forth such information concerning the applicant's
business during the preceding year as may be required by the City Manager to
enable him to ascertain whether the information listed on their original enter-
tainment permit application has changed in the past year. The City Manager, or
his designee, shall review said information and determine if a modification to
the entertainment permit is warranted. The Planning Commission shall review any
such modification pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter.
SECTION 2: This Council finds that this amendment is exempted from
the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as
amended, and the Guidelines promulgated thereunder pursuant to Section 15061 of
Division 6 of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations.
SECTION 3: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk
shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage
at least once in Inland Valley Daily Bullet~, a newspaper of general
circulation published in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated in the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
