AN ORDINANCE OF THE CIT~ OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AMEND~NT NO. 8~-04 -
HAVEN AVENUE OVERLAY DISTRICT - A CHANGE IN THE DISTRICT
DESIGNATION FROM OP TO ISP AND MH FOR APPROXIMATELY 40
ACRES OF LAND LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF HAVEN AVENUE,
BETWEEN FOOTHILL BOULEVARD AND ARROW HIGHWAY - APN:
208-331-01, 12, 13 AND 208-34]-01
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby finds and determines the
following:
A. That the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, following a public hearing hald in the
time and manner ~escri~d by law, recommends the
above-described Development District Amendment, and
this City Council Ms held a public hearing in the
time andmanner prescrib~ by law and duly heard and
considered said recommendation.
B. That the subject prope~y is suitable for the uses
permitted in the ~oposed districts and the Haven
Avenue Overlay in terms of access, size, and
compatibility with existing land use in the
s~roundingarea; and,
C. That the proposed district change would not have
significant impact on the environment nor the
s~rounding properties; and,
D.That the proposed district change is in co~ormance
with the General Plan.
E. ~is rezoning will have no significant environmental
im~ct as provided in the Negative Declaration filed
herein.
SECTION 2: the subject real property is hereby rezoned in accordance
with Exhibit "A" and the Development District Map is hereby amended
accordingly.
SECTION 3: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance md the City Clerk
shall cause the same to ~ published within fifteen (15) days after its
passage at least once in The Daily Report, a newspaper of general circulation
published in the City of Ontario, California, and circulat~ in the City of
Rancho Cucamongm, California.
