The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California does
ordain as follovs:
SECTI(ll 1: Part III, Development Standards and Guidelines is hereby
amended to read as follows:

B.3. The following land use types are permitted or
conditionally permitted within the Haven Avenue
Overlay District. All other uses shall be
prohibited.

SECTI~ 2: The Nayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk
shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage
at least once in The Daily Renort, a newspaper of general circulation published
in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated in the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California.
