AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUC~MONGA, CALIFORNIA,
REPEALING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY
CODE, HERETOFORE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE, PERTAINING TO THE
REGULATION OF COMMUNITY ANTENNA TV SYSTEMS
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: Sections 42.050 through 42.0511 and Sections 42.0513
through 42.0516, Chapter 5 of Division 2 of Title 4 of the San Bernardino
County Code, which were heretofore adopted by reference, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk
shall attest to the same, and the City Clerk shall cause the same to be
published within fifteen (15) days after its passage, at least once in The
Daily Report, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of
Ontario, California, and circulated in the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of March, 1984.
