AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, REZONING ASSESSOR'S PARCEL
NUMBER 207-262-28 FROM R-3 TO M-R, GENERALLY LOCATED ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF 9TH STREET APPROXIMATELY 1,000' WEST
OF VINEYARD AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby finds and determines the
following:
A. That the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, following a public hearing
held in the time and manner prescribed by law,
recommends the rezoning of the property hereinafter
described, and this City Council has held a
public hearing in the time and manner prescribed
by law as duly heard and considered said recommendation.
B. That this rezoning is consistent with the
General Plan of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
C. This rezoning will have no significant environ-
mental impact as provided in the Negative
Declaration filed herein.
SECTION 2: The following described real property is hereby
rezoned in the manner stated, and the zoning map is hereby amended
accordingly.
R-3 (Multifamily Residential) to M-R (Restricted Manufacturing)
Said property is located on the south side of 9th Street approximately
1,000' west of Vineyard known as Assessor's Parcel Number 207-262-28.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect at 12:01 a.m, on
the 31st day after its adoption.
SECTION 3: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City
Clerk shall attest to the same, and the City Clerk shall cause the
same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage,
at least once in The Daily Report, a newspaper of general circulation
published in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated in the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 1980.
