AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF P. ANCHO CUCAMONGA
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 97 to EXTEND THE
MORATORIUM IMPOSED THEREBY AND DECLARING THE
URGENCY THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 5 of Ordinance No. 97 is hereby
amended to read:
"This Ordinance shall be of no further force
and effect on December 31, 1980 or the date
on which a condominium conversion ordinance
of the City becomes effective, whichever is
earlier."
SECTION 2: This Ordinance is hereby declared an urgency
measure necessary for the inm~ediate protection and preservation of the
public health, safety and welfare for the reasons stated in Ordinance
No. 97 and it shall take effect inm]ediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of September, 1980.
