AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, REZONING ASSESSORS PARCEL NO.
208-241-02, AND 14, FROM R-1 TO R-3 ON 19.11 ACRES OF
LAND LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE SOUTH OF
FOOTHILL BOULEVARD.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby finds and determines
the following:
a. That the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, following a public t~earing
held in the time and manner prescribed
by law, recommended the rezoning of the
property hereinafter described, and this City
Council has held a p~blic hearing in the
time and manner prescribed by law as duly
heard and considered said recommendation.
B. That this rezoning is consistent with the
General Plan of ~be Citv of Rancho Cucamonga.
C. This rezoning will have no significant
adverse environmental impact on the environ-
oment as provided in the Negative Declaration
filed herein.
SECTION 2: The following described real property is ~erebv
rezoned in the manner stated, and the zoning map is hereby
amended accordingly.
R-1 (Single Family Residential) to R-3 (Multiple Family R. idcntial).
Said property is located on the east side of Vineyard Avenu~·
approximately 700' south of Foothi] 1 Boulevard and known as
Assessors Parcel Nos. 208-241-02 and 14.
SECTION 3: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City
Clerk shall attest to the same, and tbe City Clerk s~a~l cause
the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its
passage, at least once in The Dail~ Reporq, a newspaper of
general circulation published in the City of Ontario, California,
and circulated in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, 1980.
