AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELATIVE TO THE LOCATION OF
REGUI~R MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 8],
AND PROVIDING FOR ITS ADOPTION AS AN URGENCY ORDINANCE.
The City Council of the Citv of Rancho Cucamonga, Calith~rnia,
does ordain as follows:
SECTION l: Regular meetings F~f the City Council ~f t~e
City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, shall be held in the Lion's
Park Communitv Center, 9161 Base Line Road, Rancho Cucamonga, California,
starting with the regular meetfng of the City Council on December 5, 1979.
SECTION 2: The Council may, by resolution ad~pted n~t l~.ss
than two weeks prior thereto, l~old a regular meeting at any other
location in the city specified in the ~esolution.
SECTION 3: Ordinance No. 81 of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Construction of the Lion's Park Community C~.nter
has been completed. Therefore, the City Council determines that it is
necessary that this Ordinance he adopted as an urgency Ordinance and that
the same shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
SECTION 5: Thc Mayor s~all sign this Ordinance and the
City Clerk shall attest to the same, and the City Clerk shall cause the
same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage, at
least once in The Daily Report, a newspaper of general circulation
published in the City of Ontario, California, and circulat=d im t}~e City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
