AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELATIVE TO TUi~ LOCATION OF REGULAR
MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE ~£FY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
CALIFOP~NIA, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 4, AND PROVIDING FOR
ITS ADOPTION AS AN URGENCY ORDINANCE.
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Regular meetings of the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, shall be held without further
notice in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Carnelian School, 7105 Carnelian
Street, Rancho Cucamonga, California.
SECTION 2: Ordinance No. 4 of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: Due to scheduled construction at the Community
Services Building, 9161 Baseline Road, Rancho Cucamonga, California,
it i~ .~cessary to provide for a change of the regular meeting place
of th= City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, at
the earliest possible time. The City Council determines that it is
necessary that this Ordinance be adopted as an urgency Ordinance and that
the same shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
SECTION 4: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the
City Clerk shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15)
days after its passage at least once in The Daily Report, a newspaper
of general circulation, published in the City of Ontario, California,
and circulated in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1979.
