AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, REZONING ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NL~BERS
207-101-32 AND 33 FROM C-2 TO A-P LOCATED ON THE NORTH
SIDE OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD WEST OF SAN DIEGO AVENUE.
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby finds and determines
the following:
A. That the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, following a public hearing held in the
time and manner prescribed by law, recommends the
rezoning of the property hereinafter described, and
this City Council has held a public hearing in the
time and manner prescribed by law as duly heard and
considered said recommendation.
B.That this re~. ling is consistent with the General
Plan of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
C. This rezoning will have no significant environmental
impact as provided in the Negative Declaration filed
herein.
SECTION 2: The following described real property is hereby
rezoned in the manner stated, and the zoning map is hereby
amended accordingly.
C-2 (general commercial) to A-P (administrative professional)
Said property is located on the north side of Foothill Boulevard
west of San Diego Avenue known as Assessor's Parcel Numbers
207-101-32 and 33.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect a 12:01 a.m.
on the 31st day after its adoption.
SECTION 3: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the
City Clerk shall cause the same to be published within fifteen
(15) days after its passage, at least once in The Daily Report,
a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of
Ontario, California, and circulated in the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 1979.
