HomeMy WebLinkAbout67 - Ordinances ORDINANCE NO. 67 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUC~MONGA, CALIFORNIA, REZONING ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 202-171-47 (ZC 97-65 & 98-65) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION l: The City Council hereby finds and determines the following: a. That the San Bernardino County Planning Commission, following a public hearing held in the time and manner described by law, recormnends the rezoning of the property hereinafter described and the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors had held a public hearing in the time and manner described by law and has duly heard and considered said recommendation. b. That this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. c. That this rezoning will have no significant environmental impact as a negative declaration was filed by the County. SECTION 2: The following described real property is hereby rezoned in the manner stated, and the zoning map is hereby amended accordingly. R-1 "single family residential" to R-3 "multiple family residential". Said property is located on the northwest corner of Ramona Avenue and 19th Street known as Assessor's Parcel No. 202-171-47. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect at 12:01 a.m. on the 31st day after its adoption. SECTION 3: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City shall attest to the same, and the City Clerk shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage, at least once in The Daily Report, a newspaper of general circulation, published in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated in the Citv of Rancho Cucamonga. California. PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21 day of Warch, 1979. ATTEST: City Clerk
