AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ~MENDING CHAPTER 14.20 SECTION
14.20.110 OF TITLE 14 OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA MUNICIPAL
CODE WHICH REGULATES SIGNS, TO ELIMINATE THE TWENTY (20)
FOOT MAXIMUM HEIGHT REQUIREMENT FOR WALL SIGNS ON
INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cueamonga does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: Section 14.20.110 of Chapter 14.20 is amended to read as
follows:

SECTION 2: The City Council finds that this amendment will not
adversely affect the enfironment and hereby issues a Negative Declaration.
SECTION 3: The M~yor shall sign this ordinance and the City Clerk
shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its
passage at least once in The Daily Report, a newspaper of general circulation
published in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated in the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1984.
