HomeMy WebLinkAbout62 - Ordinances ORDINANCE NO. 62 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, REZONING ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 207-031-19 FROM FP-2 TO A-P ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF BASELINE APPROXI- MATELY 800' EAST OF CARNELIAN STREET. The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The City Council hereby finds and determines the following: a. That the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, following a public hearing held in the time and manner prescribed by law, recommends the rezoning of the property hereinafter described, and this City Council has held a public heariog in the time and manner prescribed by law and has duly heard and considered said recommendation. b. That this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan of the City of Rancho Cucamonga present and proposed. c. That this rezoning will have no significant environ- mental impact and a Negative Declaration was issued by the Planning Commission on January 10, 1979. SECTION 2. The following described real property is hereby rezoned in the manner stated, and the zoning map is hereby amended accordingly. FP-2 (Flood Plain) to A-P (administrative-protessional) Saidproperty is located on the south side of Baseline, approximately 800' east of Carnelian known as Assessor's Parcel 207-031-19. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect at 12:01 a.m. on the 31st day after its adoption. PASSED, APPROVED and ~d)OPTED this 7th day of March, lq79. AYES: Schlosser, Mikels, Palombo, W.
