AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCA~fONGA, CALIFORNIA, REZONING ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO.
208-011-02 and 04.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby finds and determines as
follows:
a. That the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, following a public hearing
held in the time and place and manner described
by law, recommends the rezoning of property
hereinafter described, and the City Council has
held a public hearing in the time and manner
described by law and has duly heard and considered
that recommendation.
b. That this rezoning is consistent with the
General Plan of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
present and proposed.
c. That this rezoning will have no significant
environmental impact and a Negative Declaration
is hereby adopted.
SECTION 2: The following described property is hereby zoned
in the manner stated, and the zoning map is hereby
amended accordingly:
The subject property which is generally located
on the southwest corner of Baseline Road and
Hellman Avenue known as Assessor's Parcel
Numbers 208-011-02 and 04 is rezoned accordin~
to the following designation:
From R-1 (single family residential) to A-P
(administrative/professional).
This ordinance shall be in full force effective at 12:01 a.m. on the
31st day after it is adopted.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15~1~ day of January, 1979.
