AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TNE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, REZONING ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO.
201-261-08 FROM R-1 TO A-P.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The City CoL~ncil herebv finds and determines as
follows:
a. That the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, following a public hearing
held in the time and place and manner described
by law, recommends the rezoning of property
hereinafter described, and the City Council has
held a public hearing in the time and manner
described by law and has duly heard and considered
that recommendation.
b. That this rezoning is consistent with the
General Plan of the City of Rancho CL~camonga
present and proposed.
SECTION 2: The following described property is hereby zoned
in the manner stated, and tile zonin~ map is hereby
amended accordingly:
The subject property which is ~enerally locate~
on the west side of Haven Avenue north of Lemon
Avenue adjacent to t~e south side of the M.W.D.
right-of-way. Parcel number 201-261-08 is
rezoned according to the following designation:
From R-1 (single family residential) to A-P
(administrative/professional).
This ordinance shall be in full force effective at 12:01 a.m. on the
31st day after it is adopted.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th dav of January, ]979.
