HomeMy WebLinkAbout49 - Ordinances ORDINanCE NO. 49 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, REZONING ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 202-191-13 from R-1 AP GENERALLY LOCATED THE NORTIIEAST CORNER OF 19TH STREET AND IIE~OSA AVENUE. THE CI%Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: The City Council hereby finds and determines the following: a. That the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, following a public hearing held in the time and manner prescribed by law, recommends the rezoning of the property hereinafter described, ~nd this City Council has held a public hearing in th· time and manner prescribed by law and has duly heard and considered said recommendation. b. That this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan of the City of Rancho Cucamonga present and proposed. c. That this rezoning will have no significant environ- mental impact as provided in the Negative Declaration filed herein. SECTION 2: The following described real property is hereby rezoned in the manner state, and the zoning map is berebv amended accordingly. R-1 (single family residential) to AP (administrative professional) Said property Js located on the northeast corner of 19th Street and Hermosa Avenue known as Assessor Parcel No. 202-191-13. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect at 12:0] a.m. on the 31st day after its adoption. PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 1979. ATTEST: ~ · ayor ~
