HomeMy WebLinkAbout48 - Ordinances ORDINANCE NO. 48 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCA~{ONGA, CALIFORNIA, REZONING ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NOS. 229-151-14 AND 15, AND 229-161-01 THROUGH 07. The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, does ordain as follows: Section 1. The City Council hereby finds and determines the following: a. That the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga following a public hearing held in the time and manner ~rescribed by law, recommends the rezoning of the property hereinafter described, and this City Council has held a public hearing in the time and manner perscribed by law and has duly heard and considered said recommendation. b. That this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan of the City of Rancho Cucamonga present and proposed. c. That this rezoning will have no significant environmental impact as provided in the negative declaration filed herein. Section 2. The following described real property is hereby rezoned in the manner stated, and the zoning map is hereby amended accordingly. C-2 (general commercial) and M-R (restricted manufacturing) to M-2 (heavy manufacturing). Said property is located on the northeast corner of Etiwanda Avenue and Whittram known as Assessor's Parcel Nos. 229-151-14 and 15, and 229-161-01 through 07. This Ordinance shall be in 'full force and effect at 12:01 a.m. on the 31st day after its adoption. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of December, 1978. ATTEST:
