is required prior to final acceptance of the work by the City of
Rancho Cucamonga. Maintenance shall include weeding, irrigation,
pruning, raising tree root balls which settle below grade,
fertilizing and applying such sprays as are necessary for proper care
and upkeep. Maintenance also includes all repairs, replacement,
cleaning and adjusting necessary to keep the irrigation system in
good working order with proper coverage.
*)Provide one controller chart of the maximum size the controller
door will allow, showing the area covered by the automatic
controller. The chart is to be a reduced drawing of the actual as -
built system, a blackline print and a different color shall be used
to show the coverage of each station.
When completed and approved by the representative, the chart
shall be hermetically sealed between two pieces of plastic, each
piece being a minimum of 20 mils. thick. The chart shall be mounted
using Velcro or approved equal type of tape.
These charts must be completed and in place prior to final acceptance
of the work by the City.
