Ct~ MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING A NEW SUBS~"F/ON
3.08.090 (G) P~J~I~ING TO DISCRETIONARy APPROVAL BY AN
THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O Ct~ DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLDWS:
SECTION 1: Section 3.08.090 of the Rancho Cucamonga Municipal Code
is hereby amended to add a new Subsection 3.08.090 (G) , to be read, in words
and figures, as follows:
"G. If a professional services agreement is involved as to which the
City is to be reimbursed by an applicant for discretionary approval.,,
SECTION 2: The City Council declares that should any provisions,
sections, sentence or word of this Ordinance be rendered or declared invalid
by any final court action in a court of competent jurisdiction, or by reason
of any pre-emptive legislation, the remaining provisions, sections, sentences
and words of this Ordinance shall remain in full force and effect regardless
of such court action or legislation.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall certi~ to the adoption of this
Ord/nance and cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after
its passage at least once in the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation published in the City of Ontario, California, and
circulated in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
