Recitals ( i) California Vehicle Cede Section 22357 bides that this City Council may, by ordinance, set prima facie spccd limits upon any portion of any street not a state highway. (ii) Tne City Traffic Engineer b~-~ c~ an engineering and traffic survey, of certain streets within the City of Rancho O~T~m~ja which streets as specified in Part B of this Ord~. (iii) The determinations ccrr~rni~ prima facie speed limits set forth in Part B, below, are based upon the engineering a~ traffic survey identified in Section A (ii), above. B. Section 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be publ!~hed as requi~ed by law. SECTION 3 The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk shall cause the same to be Published within fifteen (15) days after its passageat least once in the Inland Valley Dailv Bulletin, a newspaper of general circtrlaticm published in the City of Ontario, California, and circtLlated in the City of RanchoOx~, California.
