AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O
Ct~ AM~ING SUBS~"TION 12.04. 010A. 3 OF THE RANC~O
The Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby does ordain as
follows:
Section 1: Su~ion 12.04.010A. 3 of the Rancho Cucamonga Municipal
Code hereby is amended to read as follows:
"3. Enter or remain between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of
the following day except to attend an event in the stadium building located in
the sports cc~plex on the west side of Rochester Avenue, south of Foothill
Boulevard, or pursuant to an authorization issued by the City or as part of a
City sanctioned activity. ,,
Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance.
Section 3: The Mayor shall sign th~ Ordinance and the City Clerk
shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its
passage at least once in the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin, a newspa~ of
general circulation published in the City of Ontario, California, and
circulated in the City ofRanchoCucamonga, California.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a
regular meeting of the Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga held on the
16th day of December, 1992, and was finally passed at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga held on the 6th day of Ja/luary,
1993.
