AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(ZX-IO
CEZZAMZINC-A, CAT,TFORNIA, APPEDVINC INDUSTRIAL SPECIFICPLAN
~ NO. 91-05, AM~NDM PA~r III, SECTION IV.F.,
The City Council of the City of Rancho Olc~mcalga, Califcrnia, does
hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Part III, Section IV.F.4. is amendedto read as follows:
F.4.
Bicycle storage facilities shall be provided within all'
development and relate to planned and existing bicycle trails
in accordancewiththeDevelo[lnent COde requirememts.
SECTION 2: Part III, Section IV.F.5. is amerrledtoreadas follows:
F.5.
For develo[mBnts with at least 40 total parking spaces,
required on-site parking may be reduced at a rate of
1 autceobile parking space per 4 spaces of bicycle storage, up
to 50 autnmobile parking spaces or 10 percent of the total
required on-site parking, whichever is less, where locker
rooms and showers are provided for employees to prcmote
bicycle cunmuting.
SECTION 3: This Council finds that this amendment will not adversely
effect the environment and hereby issues a Negative Declaration.
SECTION 4: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk
shall cause the same tobepublishedwithin 15 days after its passage at least
once in the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation
published in the City of Ontario, California, and c/rcalated in the City of
RanchoCucamonga.
