The completed portions of the Pacific Electric Trail have been a benefit to the community. 2. Though the Pacific Electric Inland Empire Trail Master Plan called for a trail head to be installed at the Vineyard/Carnelian intersection, the Route 66 Historic Point of Interest would provide more parking and amenities to trail users. The site also has several historic points of interest for trail users. 3. Grove Avenue is available as a gateway entrance to the City but will hold off on any gateway type work until after the day laborer issue has been settled. 4. Committee members were given half size copies of the improvement plans to review with the request that comments be forwarded to Larry Henderson of Planning within 2 weeks. 5.
