Community Connections A volunteer driver Program Community Connections is a special program in West San Bernardino County that complements public transit and paratransit services. Volunteer drivers are reimbursed to transport individuals. Those eligible include seniors and persons with disabilities who reside in the cities of Chino, Chino Hills, Montclair, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga and upland; individuals that are too frail, or unable to use public transportation for other reasons, or need to travel to a destination that crosses county or city lines.
