AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN CliO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA. AMENDING TITLE 17, CHAPTER 17.18 OF
THE RANCliO COCAMONGA MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING DEVBLOPMENT
WITHIN THE ALQUIST-PRIOLO SPECIAL STUDIES ZONE

The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does hereby ordain as

SECTION 1: Section 17.18.040 B.2. (c) is amended to read as follows:
(c) No emergency facility. or other type of structure that attracts
numbers of people, is open to the general public, or provides essential
community services shall be permitted within the Alqulst-Priolo Special Studies
Zone.
SECTION 2: This Council finds that this amendment will not adversely
effect the environment and hereby issues a Negative Declaration.
SECTION 3: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk
shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage
at least once in The Da~Z__R~ES~b a newspaper of general circulation published
in the City of Ontario, Callfornia, and circulated in the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 1988.
