DISTRICT MAP TO ~HE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF LOW
RESIDENTIAL TO THE PROPERTIES LOCATED NORTH OF HIGHLAND
AVENUE, SOUTH OF SUMMIT AVENUE EXTENSION, EAST OF THE DAY
CREEK UTILITY CORRIDOR, AND WEST OF THE OOUNTY/CITY
BOUNDARY- APN 225-161-19, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37.38.49,
53, 55 AND 61
The City Council of the City of Rancho CucamonSa, Callfornia, does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby finds and determines the
followinS:
That the Plannins Commission of the City of Rancho
CucemonSa, followln8 a public hearins held in the
time and manner prescribed by law, recommends the
pre-zonlns of the property herelnafter described, and
this City Council has held a public hearinS in the
time and manner prescribed by law and duly heard and
considered said recommendation.
That this pre-zoninS is consistent with the General
Plan of the City of Rancho CucamonSa.
This pre-zoninS is consistent with the objectives of
the Development Code of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.

This pre-zoninS will have no siSniflcant impacts on
the enviroment.
SECTION 2: The described real property in the title of this ordinance
is hereby pre-zoned in the manner stated, end the zonins map is hereby amended
accordingly. The Rancho CucamonSa City Council approves the issuance of a
NeSative Declaration on June 1, 1988.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That pursuant to Section 65850 to 65855 of the
California Goverrnaent Code, that the City Council of
the City of Rancho CucemonSa hereby approves on the
let day of June, 1988, DeveloI~ment District Amendment
88-03 pre-zonlns the property described in the title
of this ordinance to Low Resldentlal.

SECTION 3: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk
shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage
at least once in The Daily Report. a newspaper of general circulation published
in the City of Ontario, California, and clrculated in the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California.
