NEST OF ARCItIBALD AVENUE, RANClIO CIICAb!3NGA, CALIFORNIA, AND MAKE FINDII~IIS IN SUPFORT THEREOF The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, Californla. does ordain as follows: SECTION I: fol low ins: The City Council hereby finds and determines the Ae That the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. following a public hearing held in the time and manner prescribed by law on April 13. 1988, concerning the rezoning of the property herelnafter described, and this City Councll has held a public hearing in the time and manner prescribed by law on May 18, 1988, and duly heard and considered the Planning Commlssion's recommendation. Be That this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. That this rezoning is consistent with the objectives of the Develol~nent Code of the City of Rancho CucamonSa. De This rezoning will have no significant envirorsnental impact as provided in the Negative Declaratlon filed herein. SECTION 2: The following described real property is hereby rezoned in the manner stated, and the zoning map is hereby amended accordingly. That pursuant to Section 65850 to 65855 of the California Government Code, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby approves on the day of June, 1988, Develorment District Amendment 87-05, changing the district designation from Low-Hedlum Residential (4-8 dwelling units per acre) Ordinance No. 351 Page 2 to High Residential (24-30 dwelling units par acre) attached with the Senior Housing Overlay District (SHOD) for a 5.05 acre parcel located on the south side of Base Line Road, west of Archibald Avenue, Rancho Cucemonga, California, APN: 208-O31-18 and 19. SECTION 3: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage st least once in The Daily Report, a newspapar of general circulation publlshed in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
