THE VICTORIA ARBORS (FORMERLY VICTORIA LAKES)
AMERICAN BEAUTY DEVELOPMENT CO. - An overview of the
proposed land use and development concepts for Victoria Arbors
within the Victoria Community Plan on approximately 291.8 acres of
land, generally bounded by Base Line Road. Foothill Boulevard,
Etiwanda Avenue, and the Day Creek Channel- APN: 227-201-04.13
through 18, 22, 28 through 30, and 36; 222-201-33; 227-161-33, 35,
36, and 38; and 227-171-08, 11, 12, 14, 20, 22, and 23.

PRE-APPLICATION REVIEW 99-02 - OVERLAND COMPANY -
Consideration of land use and site plan alternatives for approximately
150 acres of land located south of Interstate 15, north of Foothill
Boulevard, and west of East Avenue in the Etiwanda Specific Plan.
APN: 1100-031-08, 1100- 041-04 through10, 1100-061-02 through 04,
1100-071-01 and 02, 1100-081-01through 06. 1100-031-01and 02,
1100-141-01and 02, 1100-151-01and 02, 1100-181-01and 04,
1100-191-04 and 05.

V. ADJOURNMENT
The Planning Commission has adopted Administrative Regulations that set an
11.'00 p.m. adjournment time. If items go beyond that time, they shall be heard only
with the consent of the Commission.

SUBJECT: MARCH 10. 1999 - VICTORIA ARBORS WORKSHOP
The topics of discussion will be the Fiscal Analysis and infrastructure phasing. Time
permitting, we can discuss other matters of interest but we have another workshop
following this one, so time will be limited. Attached for your review is a copy of a memo
from Engineering staff describing the proposed infrastructure phasing for the Victoria
Arbors project. At the February 24 workshop, staff handed out a copy of the Fiscal
Analysis and the applicant handed out his proposed development concept showing the
buffering around the winery. Please bring the study and the development concept booklet
to the workshop. If you have questions, please feel free to call me or Nancy Fong at
