A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
CARNELIAN STREET PAVEMENT REHABILITATION FROM
VINEYARD AVENUE TO 1550 FEET NORTH, CONTRACT NO.
01-008 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the Carnelian Street Pavement Rehabilitation from Vineyard Avenue
to 1550 Feet North, Contract No. 01-008, has been completed to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 16`h day of May 2001.
