A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE RANCHO
CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, COUNTY OF SAN
BERNARDINO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA. FIXING A FINAL BUDGET FOR
THE FOSCAL YEAR,JULY 1, 2001 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2002
WHEREAS, the BOARD OF directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District adopted its
General Fund Preliminary Budget on June 14,2001,and made said Preliminary Budget
available for inspection by interested taxpayer; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors Noticed a time and place for a Public Hearing regarding the
Preliminary Budget; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District conducted said
Hearing in accordancewith requirements setforth in the Health and SafetyCodeofthe
Sate of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire
protection District does hereby adopt the General Fund Final budget for the District
Fiscal Year 2001/02 and is hereby fixed and established as set forth and attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 18"' day of July 2001.
