A RESOLITI~ON OF THE Ci'l%f COUNCIL OF THE ui'l'f OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPI~DV~dM~T AGRE~2~ AND
~ SEL13RITY FOR DEVELOPM~2~T REVI~ NO. 86-27
WHt~REAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Imp~t AGreement executed on November 29,
1988, by California Finished Metals, Inc. as developer, for the i~provement of
public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on the southeast corner of Center Avenue and 7th
Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the t~rms tb~ereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
C~,~ssion, Development Review No. 86-27; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and acccm~anied by good
and sufficient I~pr~t Security, which is identified in said I~p~t
B~3reement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
Califoro_ia, does hereby resolve that said I~provement Agreement and said
Imp~t Security is approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign said
Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the city
Clerk to attest thereto.
