A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A REAL
PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT
FROM STEFAN A. SMITH
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted Resolution
No. 82-163 accepting a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement from Messenger
Investment Corporation; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement was
recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on September 22, 1982, as
Document No. 82-190017; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Contract and Lien Agreement is no longer required.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga does hereby release said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
from Parcels 2 and 3 of Parcel Map 15268,and that the City Clerk shall cause Release of Lien to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January 2002.
