A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
LOWER HERMOSA AVENUE PHASE 1 UTILITY
UNDERGROUND AND STREET LIGHT IMPROVEMENTS
FROM 4T" STREET TO APPROXIMATELY 350 FEET SOUTH
OF 8T" STREET, CONTRACT NO. 01-089 AND AUTHORIZING
THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the Lower Hermosa Avenue Phase 1 Utility Underground and Street
Light Improvements from 4'h Street to Approximately 350 feet south of 8`h Street, Contract No.
01-089, has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March 2002.
