AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, REZONING ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 209-091-01 LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF ARROW HIGHWAY, BETWEEN TURNER AVENUE AND CENTER AVENUE FROM MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (8-14 DU/AC) TO LOW-MEDIUM RESIDENTIAL (4-8 DU/AC). The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, does ordain as follows: SECTION 1: The City Council hereby finds and determines the following: A. That the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, following a public hearing held in the time and manner prescribed by law, recommends the rezoning of the property hereinafter described, and this City Council has held a public hearing in the time and manner prescribed by law and duly heard and considered said recommendation. B. That this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan and Development Code of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. C. This rezoning will have no significant environmental impact as provided in the Negative Declaration filed herein. SECTION 2: The following described real property is hereby rezoned in the manner stated, and the Development Districts Map is hereby amended accordingly. Assessor's Parcel Number 209-091-10 approximately 16.5 acres in size located on the west side of Center Avenue, between Arrow Route and 26th Street is hereby changed from Medium Density Residential (8-14 du/ac) to Low Medium Residential (4-8 du/ac). The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage at least once in The Daily Report, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City o£ Ontario, California, and circulated in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
