FD 00-012A A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. FD00- 012 EXHIBITS "B" AND "C" OF THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE DISTRICT AND RANCHO CUCAMONGA FIREFIGHTER'S LOCAL 2274 REGARDING PARAMEDIC STIPEND STARTING FISCAL YEAR 2001. A. RECITALS t. Representatives of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District ("District" hereinafter) and.the Rancho Cucamonga Firefighters Local 2274 have met and conferred pursuant to the provisions of the Meyers-Mi Iias-Brown Act (California Government Code Section 3500, et seq.) with regard to wages, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment. 2. Representatives of the District and Local 2274 have agreed upon and presented to this Board amendments to the Salary Schedules, specifically Exhibits "B" and "C" of the current Memorandum of Understanding pertaining to paramedic personnel of Local 2274 effective July 1, 2001 specifying the results of said meet and confer process. 3. District desires to amend the existing compensation plan for paramedic personnel. 4. All legal prerequisites to the adoption of the Resolution have occurred. B. RESOLUTION NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that the attached amendments to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) are approved and incorporated by reference as Amendment 1 effective July 1, 2001.
