A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
HERMOSA AVENUE STORM DRAIN AND STREET
IMPROVEMENTS FROM 400' NORTH OF CHURCH STREET
TO 500' NORTH OF BASE LINE ROAD, CONTRACT NO. 02-
013 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the Hermosa Avenue Storm Drain and Street Improvements from
400' north of Church Street to 500' north of Base Line Road, Contract No. 02-013, has been
completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
