A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING AN AGREEMENT
FOR POSTPONEMENT OF APPROVAL OF CC&R'S FOR TRACT NO.
13059
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements, as a prerequisite to approval of
building permits for Tract 13059, the subdivider of said tract, The William
Lyon Company, entered into an Agreement for Postponement of CC&R's.
WHEREAS, said requirements have been met by the recordation of CC&R's
document No. 87-049275, recorded in San Bernardino County, California, the
current developer, Victoria Groves Five, submitted a Revocation, Release,
Satisfaction and Cancellation of Agreement for approval and execution by said
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California, as follows:
1. That said agreement be and the same is approved and the
Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City
and the City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto and
cause same to be recorded upon said execution.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 1987.

California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 15th day of
April, 1987.
